Our fragrances are getting shipped from the United States of America.
We ship to most of the world, including USA, Canada, UK, EU and other destinations. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes and military addresses will ship via USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation.
Available shipping methods and destinations are:

* USA - Free domestic shipping (Standard Ground method, Ships via UPS, FedEx, or Postal Service) - Arrives in 2 up to 5 days. This method uses tracked delivery. It is duty-free.
* Canada - Standard ground shipping (Ships via Postal Service) - Arrives in 3 - 10 business days. Canada shipping is duty and tax-free for orders under US Dollars. If your total is more please split into multiple orders.
* UK & EU Countries: Standard international shipping (Ships via FedEx, UPS, DHL, DPD or USPS) - Arrives in 5 up to 12 days. This method is mostly tracked. You might be subject to paying customs charge, therefore check your country's import and duty fees for more information (We charge 20% tax fee upfront, for most EU nations, and 10% for a few others. Please read the next paragraph to learn more).
Taxation: Currently we change either 20% or 10% upfront for several European countries and other countries around the world where Tax/VAT is applicable. You will know exactly how much VAT you have to pay for when you view your order's summary at the checkout page. If you live in one of the countries that we support and you get billed for VAT Tax by your customs separately (which is extremely rare); please contact us so that we can issue you a tax refund. A Tax bill is required as a proof for the refund to be made.
* Australia, New Zealand, Rest of North America, South America, Oceania, Asia and Africa. Same as written above for UK & EU except that shipping could take up to 21 days or more for some destinations, also we can't guarantee full tracking for some of these destinations (Some countries have tracking supported within the United States before the parcel is leaving to its destination. Some other countries have a tracking system that won't be showing up tracking results until the parcel reaches its destination country).The same customs charge rule applies, therefore double check with your country's authorities in regards to this matter.
* You can combine any extra fragrances with the same order for a reduced cost (as explained earlier above) or even sometimes for no additional cost. Your shipment will automatically be upgraded to Express delivery for a quantity of 3 or more (Shipping for LOT orders of 50 items or more is an Express delivery which is free forever, regardless of the final destination). If you need a larger quantity than what is showing up in stock, or if you are a business that requires buying large quantity in bulk; please contact us.

Unopened merchandise may be returned in its original condition, including original packaging within 60 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping.
We provide a 60 days period to accept returns (or 30 days from delivery date) on one condition that the items must not be opened (still sealed in retail packaging). We provide tracking facility for most of the parcels that we are sending unless the customer chooses a delivery method that is not supported by tracking, or when it is mentioned otherwise that tracking is not supported. If your parcel can be tracked then we will send you the tracking information by email as soon as we ship the parcel, so please use it and keep an eye on the progress of your order's delivery.
If the parcels get delayed, seized, or lost by postal carriers, then please don't hold us in full responsibility for it. We will help you and do everything we can do to solve the problem and trace the roots of it. In many cases, you might need to contact the couriers personally, and we can assist you in getting in touch with them.

We are an authorised wholesale distributor for some worldwide retailers. We are VAT registered as business sellers, and obtained all the legal rights that allow us to sell branded fragrances to any destination of the world.
We comply with the international distance selling act which state that any branded designer fragrance is permitted to be sold online to the mass market as long as the items are New, unboxed, un-opened, sealed, and come in their original retail packaging. All of the fragrances that we are selling are meeting this description, and none of them is used, open, a tester or marketed as not for sell unless when specified otherwise.
Please be aware that all of our fragrances are located in USA (Despite that we are UK sellers), this is because our supplier's warehouse is located in United States. This means that our fragrances are available for domestic shipping within USA as well as international shipping to all parts of the world from United States. Shipping speed varies based on the delivery company, destination and type of service. Please check out our shipping information which is already written inside the description area of all of our fragrances, in order to know which services are available for your country and how much they cost.
Please note that the photos of our listings have been sourced from our suppliers, no copyright infringement is intended. The photos are used for illustration purposes only.
